Good weather, huh? We took the kiddiez & friends out for a walk in the park, shopping, lunch and nice conversation. It's play time! :D

Everything was as good as we needed it to be and...there were no major stress moments. Except when GloCat got stolen :)

But she came back in no-time with the help of some boys and everything was cool.

Now just lay back and look forward to a great week-end!

Well, today we had a full day - and on top of all that, when we came home we had to listen to the Drunk Bear.

He was giving one of his (in)famous drunk speeches to the other kiddiez, telling them stuff like "going out on week-ends is so over", "getting wasted on Saturdays is so five years ago" and so on.

Yep, he's preaching his way of life hoping others will follow.

But hey, Drunk Bear, did you forget the kiddiez have to go to school / work and behave?
They cannot live like that, booze under their noses and up till the morning comes...
Uhm, well, forget that...we guess nobody's listening anyway.

It seems that lately we’ve encountered a lot of Undecided Pets @ BURP :)

Today it’s the Kitty Vs. Bear -they are a couple, but kinda on-and-off, if you know what we mean…They fight and make up a thousand times a day, but they still stay together…

Is it love? Love of war, maybe? Dunno, but they sure make us laugh!

The Turk Cat is an over-eater. Above you can see a snapshot of her while caught in the act :)

She has this habit of opening the fridge door in the middle of the night and looking for Turkish delight - her favorite "food" in the world.

She doesn't eat anything else, so she's always way high on sugar. And coffee.

This has to be wrong!
But what can we do about it?

Today was "packing & shipping orders" day. In fact, not exactly orders, but order.

She must really like them, right? :)

We really get super-high when we make new friends and when we feel the BURP kiddiez are appreciated. So thank you :)

Btw, that was the easy part - now we're waiting for Alexia (Anca's kiddy) to send her feedback :) Hope she enjoys her new play friends!

Today almost everybody (with a sense of humor) talked about Peter Jensen's Fall 09 collection.

Yep, it was the kind of put-this-on-and-this-and-this-and-maybe-add-this-too thing that turned heads and left many in awe. Lots of layers and quirky looks, funny looking fabrics and sweet details.

But hey, one thing caught our eye - See the earring that girl's wearing? It looks like...yeah, it really looks like our Fish BURPmark! :) Haha, isn't that cool?

That could be Catty's motto in life. She's so infatuated and really believes she deserves it all.

In fact, Catty always gets what she wants. Yesterday, for example, she lusted for a neighbor's tomcat. Of course he was hers in no-time.

Today, Catty decided she doesn't want him anymore, but she'd like her ex-boyfriend back. And so on. Anyone up for guessing tomorrow's whim? :)

For Sexy Sheep, it's her skin. She loves to see it sparkle at all times and adores to give it a honey-like glow by using the tried&tested sun-exposure method.

But in winter it's so horrible, she cannot sunbathe at all and that makes her really sad...

Of course she traded sun rays for the tanning saloon, but it surely doesn't feel the same.

So now the Sexy Sheep stays at home, waiting for summer in her bathing suit. She chose a power-color, as you can see, because she says it's the next trend!

We believe her - and even if we don't, we really keep our mouths shut about it, mostly because of her weak morale at this moment :)

The Stoned Blonde pretty much looks like she was thrown out from some Stone Age family or something.

But the truth is she once got too intoxicated in her little head and then saw Angelina Jolie in a mag, wearing some animal print coat. That's when the Stoned Blonde decided that was going to be her fashion statement as well - and created this "amazing" dress above :)

Truth is she is really air-headed most of the time, but we think she kinda has fun while at it. So we let her do her thing...wouldn't you?

This morning it was raining like hell. It later changed into snow.

But that didn't stop the crazy Rabbithood Girls from their usual morning play-time. No way.

They just dressed up, put on their rabbit hoodies and went out. Jumping in the muddy puddles is their favorite game! They're so sloppy we don't even know who their parents are anymore :)

Everybody's had enough of winter! Especially the dwarfs, who got sick of Snow White happily playing in the snow while they freeze their butts off...

So they planned to give her some drugs and when she falls asleep...but we won't tell you their little dirty secret, you're better off not knowing what they have in mind.

We wouldn't want anyone to try and free Snow White from this trap...

Plus she knows how to talk to people. She'll make a great doctor one day! The HippoCate is studying hard to become a physician, but lately she's been obsessed with Chinese medicine.

So she sometimes wakes up at night and starts to stick needles into the other kiddiez. She says she will help them achieve balance and perfection this way...but of course, they run as fast as they can when they see those pointy needles.

So we guess balance and perfection are out?

You all know that the BURP kiddiez are somewhat...disturbed. But a few of them are really gone, dear friends!

For instance, take this Bear gone Turtle. He is a bear - no doubt about it. Even if he's a little green-looking, that has a good reason: he was left alone in the forest for a week and had nothing else to eat but leaves and tree roots. But it's not our parenting skills we're discussing here...

So: the problem with this little guy is that he dreams of being a turtle and therefore makes us crazy by wearing THOSE HORRID PAJAMAS all day long!

Aaaaarrrgggghhh!!!! Too much visual pain...we now have to close our eyes and go to sleep hoping for nice dreams.

Remember the BURP contest for Valentine's Day? Well, the following is the most wonderful - exciting - and super uber-duper-cool story we received. It was written by the lovely Anna Maria, who was one of the winners.
And the No. 1, if we can say so!
Read and you will see why :)

" My burp story begins exactly in the day I first bought a pair of burp earrings. It was just before Christmas when I went out shopping with my friends.We stopped at the fair in Dalles hall where I fell in love with the black sheepie earings and decided to buy them no matter what.

To get home I have to take the subway, so there I was sitting on the platform with my friends waiting for our train to come when I wanted to show my friends what I had bought as a Christmas present 4 my sister. I pulled the blouse from the bag and just like that the black sheepie earings flew away from my bag exactly on the train rail.

I was in shock and my friends just stared in wonder. They suggested I should jump for them and they would pull me back on the platform ( that would have been very stupid of us considering the fact that the subway runs on electric power J).

Luckily a woman warned us so I decided to go and ask the security guys if they could help me.

Meanwhile a train arrived, I was so scared, I thought the little ones would be squashed (disturbing image).i rushed to the security guy and when we arrived on the platform another guy was there with some sort of dust pan aiming for my babies.

We were all hoping 4 a miracle and SURPRISE!! Somehow he managed to pull them out of that dark place. I’ve never been more happier. These little guys have a mind of their own, I kinda used to think they rejected me, because when I wore them one evening the sheepie disappeared from my ear when I arrived home.

I was very disappointed but I decided I should at least look for it near my block of flats. So there I was in the dark looking for my dark-sheepie with the lantern of my phone.I got kinda far from my block but I kept on going when near a car I saw my prankish little friend. From that evening on I am very careful when I’m wearing my burp earrings. I don’t know how and under what circumstances you create these little guys but I know for sure they are very special. "

The little girl above is called Winkie. She is a creature of Halfway There- she was born exactly when Winter changed into Spring. And that explains quite a lot :)

As you can easily see, Winkie keeps one eye closed - and the other one open. That's because she's half asleep, half awake, half happy, half depressed, half beautiful and half quirky.

But that's Winkie and we love her. What about you? :)

After celebrating Valentine's Day with her sailor boyfriends (yeah, you heard it right - "boyfriendS", not "boyfrienD"), the Crazy Mermaid started making waves and screaming.

Why, you ask? Because she ate too much chocolate!!!! The sailors aren't really well-known for having a great imagination and cool ideas, so they all gave her...flowers and a box of chocolate.
And because the Crazy Mermaid thought it was not a nice gesture to refuse any of them, she ate everything up!
That's the problem with having one too many - candies OR boyfriends :)

Even though she doesn't really believe in love, this Romantic Hippo loves everything else that comes with it. For example, the flowers, the sweets and the kitschy heart-shaped pillows she gets as presents.

Today, a very nice person did a very beautiful thing. That made us think of all our friends and the nice people we know.

We're probably in a loving mood these days because of this V-day stuff, but that shall pass...have no fear :)

Still, we thought we'd give you all a big kiss as long as we're feeling it now :)

Once upon a time, une Boheme Fille and a Mr. Bear Frog fell in love at first sight.

Of course, as it happens all the time, they had some difficulties - they first met in a bar and the dim lights made her think he was green. And of course, she loved green...so she loved him even more.

But then, he said he was in fact blue, but he could change for her. And he obviously did, because one can't just mess with colors like that.
Now Mr. Bear Frog is green - and they both love it!

That's the spirit :)

Let us introduce you to the Superhero Babies - Rabbit and Cat. Unlike other kids, who think about great stuff they want to do when they "grow up" and then get to have some boring job , these two know EXACTLY what they will be as adults. So they started to do their jobs right away!

The agility of Cat and the quickness of Rabbit cannot be denied, so the Superhero Agency signed them up right away and is already paying them a nice sum of money for saving the world.
So basically, we don't need to work now :)
